Nustart Church Multiplication
Our Mission
To fulfill the Great Commission in America through the multiplication of churches and the development of church planters.
Our Vision
It is our vision to see thousands of men, women, boys and girls become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ as a result of new churches planted within their communities across the United States.
Our Goal
It is our goal is to plant at least 20 new churches by 2020 in growing communities near “nerve centers” within the Church of God (Holiness) and to recruit church planters for each of these new churches, equipping them to fulfill the Great Commission through the means of church multiplication.

Our Strategy
Step 1: Determine the Mission Fields
This will be accomplished in three primary ways:
• Location proposed by church planter
• Location proposed by group of churches (shared parenting)
• Location chosen by Home Missions near a “nerve center”
Step 2: Recruit Church Planters
Church planters will be recruited through various means:
• On college, university, and seminary campuses in U.S.
• At regional and national conferences and seminars
• By targeting seasoned youth pastors or innovative pastors
• Through the development of a Nustart website
• Other misc. methods
• Thoroughly interview the candidate
Step 3: Assess the Planter
Through the use of a third party organization we will assess the following areas:
• Calling
• Spiritual Gifts
• Passion
• Ability
• Personality
Step 4: Train the Planter
We will facilitate the training process in three areas:
• Initial Training: Boot Camp
• Continual Training
– Church Planter Start-up Kit
– Scholarships or Grants to Attend Annual Training
– Misc. Opportunities
• Formal Coaching: Through a Partnering Organization
Step 5: Develop a Strategy Specific to the Location
The detailed strategy will include the following components:
• Core Values
• Mission and Vision Statements
• Demographic Research
• Budget
• Detailed Timeline and Action Plan
• Submit for HMB Approval
Step 6: Gather Support
The church planting team will need to gather a minimum amount of support before reaching the field:
• Recruit the Team (no solos)
• Engage Prayer Partners (100+)
• Find Financial Partners (80% minimum)
• Establish a Core Group (40+)
