COGH Monthly Statistics

Please report your monthly statistics using the form below. Use week five only when it applies. Be sure to list all individuals who attend all services from Sunday through Saturday. List the total number of different persons to whom your church ministered this week (try not to double count). If possible, please complete this form by the 7th of the month following the month for which you are reporting.
